The standard set is designed for strollers with fixed wheels, while the set with Velcro closures is for strollers with swivel front wheels. These wheel covers are made from soft, waterproof material and have elastic bands on both sides, creating tunnels. Every parent can easily slide them onto the wheels. In the set with Velcro closures, there are two covers designed as open tunnels with Velcro closures at the ends to facilitate installation on swivel wheels.
